Hks Waffle Gelato - Auckland

Waffle was over cooked and very dry, chocolate fudge ice cream was not good at all, slices of banana were extremely unripe, my fork would struggle to go through the banana, it had sticky residue all over it and upset my stomach quite a bit, very disappointed, I would not recommend this place to anyone. When u cut an unripe banana u can tell that it is unripe as the sticky residue gets all over the knife... then why serve it to customers... very poor service... If u don't have ripe banana just tell the customer and they will choose another topping, don't serve them something that can harm them.

Great food, only thing that let's this place down is how dirty the entrance/windows are. If they cleaned the front entrance regularly it would entice way more people in! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Really cute place on Dom Road for a delicious waffle. Always get the Ferrero Rocher one with extra chocolate sauce which is amazing! Always made to order so super fresh atmosphere is cute. Love the food, however staff attitude and efficiency is so bad and slow, those two have been chatting and laughing the whole entire time, taking their sweet time to make one waffle..
