Great food love the lamb pie and seafood risotto, nice outdoor area, friendly staff. Will definitely come back!

This is an amazing place. Excellent location nestled in forest with amazing rural forestry feeling. Staff are so friendly and food was amazing. Very nice cafe in the centre of Coatesville. New big parking lot. The building looks small from the road, but is actually quite big, with several rooms, big verandah and a few tables in the garden (with a playground). The coffee and slices were nice, and we did not have to wait long for them. Thanks!.

We enjoyed our quiet lunch here one weekday. We ordered from the menu and were not disappointed. Servers were very welcoming and attentive. We loved the fact that we could dine outdoors while still being sheltered.

We enjoyed our brunch at Fernielea today. The children loved the playground which kept them busy while waiting for our food to arrive. The children’s menu was extensive and covered a good variety of food. As the cafe was very busy staff informed us of a delay in meals arriving at your table and luckily we had booked our table. The cafe is obviously well known as it has been busy all this long Waitangi Weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
