Domino's Pizza Manurewa - Auckland

It doesn't feel so good. I mean, the presentation of the socket is bad. Looks so boring. But u have parking in front of the shopping complex. A small exit.

I am one of regular customers of Dominos, however today this was my worst experience at Dominos Manurewa Store, Auckland, NZ. The issue started with getting the wrong order, which was still ok with me as this is a human error and acceptable as well. The my concern is the way of handling the issue by the store manager Mr. Inder who was very rude, irresponsible, abusive and a worst experience altogether. He do not know how to deal with complaints and how to talk to their customers and while communicating on call, he disconnected and hung up the call twice which itself shows how pathetic customer service he is offering. I do not hold any grudges against Dominos as such but this experience made me feel humiliated and pathetic. Mr. INDER asked me to lodge my Co.plaint wherever I want and disconnected the call. So now I am writing this review and will wait from Customer Care Department of Dominos to take necessary action. Thanks

I don't know why they advertise their fancy pizza scanner when the pizzas still come out unevenly topped and seasoned. Check out all the pineapples on one side, and the side with too much ham has no cheese. Terrible

Ordered a pizza and two sides almost an hour before closing waited half an hour and my tracking turned off. I tried calling the store 5 times and no one answered me at all and I never got my pizza. Not impressed.

Absolutely WORST customer service EVER! Felt like I was in prison talking to the worker! Found a hair in my beef n onion pizza called they accepted a refund would be processed from there end hours went by called back and they said where's the proof of the hair in ur pizza and if u want ur money u have to come pick it up? That's after I called and they agreed that a refund would take place within a hour and even the worker told me he had to get MANAGER authority before doing the refund and came back with yes it is all done sir. Will advice family and friends to never come to this store again. Have been coming here for over 6+ years and this is my last time I will go there.
