Kfc - Auburndale

KFC Auburndale is my favorite restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is always fresh. It has a nice upscale atmosphere while still feeling like home. You won't be disappointed; I’m a very satisfied customer!

The food is good, and the staff is generally friendly. However, customers have to wait at the counter to be served. Cleanliness is hit or miss. They need to reopen the buffet; they mentioned it would happen in 2022, but as of now, no other buffet restaurants have opened.

I couldn't have asked for a better Friday night experience. I parked the car, walked in, and within less than 10 minutes, we had our family meal ready. The cashier was incredibly nice and friendly, and we even got to try their new recipe! The carrots were especially creamy, and the chicken was served hot and fresh.

Will the dining room or the buffet ever be opened again? Other restaurants seem to manage it. Even make it cafeteria style with you to decorate the food would be great. Have really missed the buffet since March 2020. When you opened the dining room, it was worth 5 stars. I notice that your dining room is open, but your buffet sign has been removed. Will the buffet ever come back? Even cafeteria style with you serving would be very appreciated.

Worst service (inside) I had ever been at a KFC I did not be back. Staff speak loud. I hope the owner will be aware of this before it is too late.
