The Goshnan...a uyghur style meatcake was another winner. large pastry and delicious filling accompanied by a chili and edgy sauce to their own taste. not a meatcake, as Australians know, but so good. the uyghur salad was another hit with a beautiful and refreshing dressing. a real gem.
I had never eaten Uyghur food before, but my lunch enjoyed me today. we have finished our aromen by auburn tour and cost a series of directed. the noodles were sensational although they were quite sharp like a series of dressed! if there is to drink yogurt, they can be quite confident that there can be some seasoned in the meal! I'd like to go back and dine here again, it's a shame I'm living so far away.
We decided to give Uyghur cuisine a try at a kitchen that was new to us. We were pleasantly surprised and look forward to returning with friends to explore the menu further. The dishes were flavorful and diverse. The chicken dishes with handmade noodles were a standout, as were the tasty aubergine dishes. The meat was tender and delicious. The restaurant had a laid-back atmosphere with helpful and friendly service. The portions were quite generous.
Handmade noodles, schish kebabs, huge sizes and good service. we met with a good friend here and had a nice meal. the cross between East Asian and Turkish cuisine makes this of my favorite kitchen, full of chili and seasoned.
Took my work colleagues out here for a farewell dinner. After visiting western China some years ago it was great to experience this food again. There is something about humble food which is good for the soul. Service was excellent and food can best be...described as comfort food you’d expect a mother to make for her family with love. We tried several dishes and enjoyed all of them. My favourites were the Ding Ding, Goshnan and Toho Qordah. Please support this wonderful restaurant.
