Taco Bell - Auburn Hills

I have to say, it’s really frustrating when a place is closed outside of its posted hours. This location needs to take a step back and assess its issues before reopening. I've had multiple orders messed up with completely wrong items sent to me. On June 29, 2023, I waited 25 minutes for my mobile order, only to be told that it had been made 25 minutes earlier. That's just unacceptable. I sincerely hope the owner recognizes these problems and considers temporarily closing this new location to sort things out, as it's clear they're not quite ready for this line of work.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The staff doesn't know how to help customers, and the ordering process is entirely self-service—it's as if I should just work there myself! I couldn't get any assistance with the kiosk, and since I have only a 30-minute lunch break and work just 3 minutes away, it was frustrating. I ordered just one taco and a chicken chalupa, but it still took 20 minutes! I will definitely not be returning!

The level of negligence in fulfilling orders here is astounding. They could easily forget 70% of what you ordered, and after reading other reviews, it appears that many others have had similar experiences. This establishment continues to operate with a blatant disregard for customer service and satisfaction.

I can give 0 stars if I can. Missing half my order and absolutely no apology what so ever. In fact the staff were all rude. Looks like many face issues with this one in particular. Guess they must take this one down. Highly disappointing

The food was cold, the meat tasted old. The customer service was great. But the food was sad. It's crazy I use to love taco Bell. I actually worked there as a teen and I never experienced the food being this horrible ever!!! So disappointed. My food was over 25$ I'm mad I spent this money on this.
