Makimoto Sushi - Auburn Hills

Jay is an excellent Sushi chef. Fish always tastes fresh.

Wow smallest pieces of sushi I’ve ever seen in my life. What a joke for $60 for 3 rolls. give me a break!

I’m not really a sushi fan at times, but this location has really turned me onto sushi and it’s the best food I’ve ever ever had in my life. My life may be short, but it has a lot of sushi in it.

Sushi was delicious and fresh. The lightning is low and it is very quiet inside. We ate there for late on a weekday, and I did not need my earplugs. You order by indicating the amount of each roll or sashimi/nigiri that you want. There is also a menu with full descriptions of each item. Cilantro is clearly labeled as well.

Enjoyed the vegetable tempura, california rolls, beef bibimbap stone bowl and hibachi.
