Luigi's Family - Auburn Hills

I had the chicken and waffles, and they were incredible! It was my first visit, and I truly had a wonderful time.

This charming little family restaurant is fantastic. The food was quite good, and the portion sizes were very generous. The service was incredibly friendly, quick, and efficient. It’s also affordable. The salad dressings and tartar sauce are homemade. Plus, there’s a complimentary dessert with dinner (dinner only) featuring premium ice creams. I particularly loved the spumoni; it has delightful dark chocolate bits and raisins! There’s a great selection of dishes, ensuring there's something for everyone!

I was surprised that the restaurant wasn't crowded, likely due to the street construction affecting business. However, the food was absolutely delicious! The walleye was impressively large, and the smelt was delightful. Plus, the prices were incredibly reasonable—truly a great value!

So far I've been treating myself for lunch and breakfast. Every time the meal is hot, fresh and delicious. Service is fast and delightful. How refreshing.

This place has excellent breakfast and honestly, that's all I've had here. It's slightly more costly than some other local coney's, but not by a lot, and the food is a lot better. I recommend the homemade corn beef hash (and you have to specify homemade, for some reason) or the vegetarian omelette. My daughter gets the special French toast and she loves it. I highly recommend this place.
