There was hair in my food , and when I went back up to the counter to let them know , I heard one of the employees say to another employee “other one with hair in it” with this smug look on her face. So this place needs to reconsider the food safety measures.

Nice staff and burgers.Chicken tenders are not bad but a little salty.

Worst food and highly priced for what they give. Don’t buy from hereI went 3 times to collect my missing item from them and they are behaving like I have done the mistake. Worst

Lady at counter was extremely rude and careless. I literally Stopped only for a Root beer and it seemed to be a heavy Burden for this person, terrible customer service, This lady was on Her phone with her back to the counter and Didn't even know I was there until I had said something. She clearly doesn't respect her position and doesn't deserve to have it.

Love A&W no frills on the chili cheese dogs. The root beer is delicious, fast and efficient service. Good choice at the Food court in Great Lakes crossing. Lots of other options but this is ole reliable . ?
