Contribuiți la feedbackI stumbled upon this restaurant while I was shopping at the Outlet Mall in Auburn today. I initially went there craving Chicken Phở, but I noticed they had a new menu item called Bún Mắm (anchovy noodle soup). This dish is quite rare, so I decided to give it a shot. The broth was fantastic—just the right balance of salty and sweet, with an aroma that was spot on. I don’t know what your preferences are, but I really enjoyed it. I’ll definitely be back to try it again, and next time I plan to ask for extra pork belly and extra herbs. Haha!
--- I feel the name of this restaurant doesn't reflect the quality of the food and service. Here’s my feedback from a recent visit: When my wife and I entered the restaurant, we were not greeted and ended up seating ourselves. A few minutes later, the owner delivered some menus to our table and then hurriedly filled two glasses with lime water, placing them in front of us. The lime was squeezed into the glasses, leaving pulp scattered both inside and outside. The glasses were overfilled and dripped when she set them down. While it was nice to have lime water, we hadn’t actually ordered it, and my wife isn’t a fan of lime. The owner took a long time to come back for our order, and every time she visited, she seemed rushed. She quickly returned to serve water to other customers and spent more time chatting with them, asking how they were doing and if they needed more water. At one point, she even complimented their food and patted some customers on the back. Later, the owner brought a plate of bean sprouts to our table, but they had a streak of what appeared to be lard or something unappetizing. When I pointed it out, she brushed it off as soup spillage and offered to replace it. I clarified that it looked more like lard or condensed milk streaks and politely asked for a replacement. When she returned two minutes later, the new plate of bean sprouts was watery, requiring me to use several napkins to soak up the excess liquid. She had simply rinsed the plate of bean sprouts and returned it, which I found inappropriate. Overall, the lack of attention to customer care left us disappointed, and we've decided we won’t be returning. If you’re looking for better portions and quality at the same price, consider Linh Son Restaurant in Federal Way; you’ll get nearly double the food for the same cost.
This is my favorite pho spot, but honestly, everything on their menu is fantastic. I visit at least once a week. The broth is incredibly flavorful, and the couple who runs the place are truly kind-hearted people. You won't be let down by either the food or the service!
This restaurant has been a favorite for my family, and we love visiting regularly to enjoy their special dishes. The owners are friendly and welcoming, but the real highlight is the food, especially the Pho soup, which is a must-try!
The food and service were outstanding. The pho was delightful, and the spring rolls were a great deal at $4 for two. Food rating: 5/5.
