Everything is made to order with fresh, local meat and fish, and it is absolutely delicious! You place your order, and he starts preparing it right away. The restaurant is take-out only, but they provide all the necessary utensils and napkins. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. I had the butter chicken with garlic naan, and let me tell you, I’ve tried butter chicken in many places, even making my own, but his version puts all the others to shame. If you’re in search of genuinely flavorful, passionately made ethnic food, this is the place to be. From Indian to Arabic to Asian flavors, this place has it all. The owner mentioned that he’s constantly evolving the menu, so there will always be something new to try. I will definitely be returning, and I can’t stop thinking about the amazing meal I had today!

I really enjoy the food at Atlas, this unique little shop located in a gas station. The chef prepares all the dishes right in front of you in about 5 to 10 minutes, and every dish I've tried has been delicious. It can be a bit challenging to find this spot, but it's definitely worth the effort.

I was a bit unsure at first because of its location in a Chevron petrol station, but I was pleasantly surprised when I met the owner/cook and tasted the incredible food. This place is truly a hidden gem! I'll definitely be returning frequently.

We hired The Food Atlas to meet our company anniversary celebration. They went beyond and beyond with what was promised! Yuvi is an exceptional cook with a discreet palate. They serve not only authentic Indian cuisine, but pasta, Philly Cheese Steaks, fish tacos and much more. He can cook any dish from all over the world! The business name is perfect for its culinary talent. If you are near Auburn, this is a must stop! Don't be fooled by the location. He is a world-class cook that lives the dream of making people happy a stomach at a time!

Food is fantastic and the owner/chef is great. He will chat with you while he cooks and explain a few things about the business if its not too busy. He's proud of his food and he should be, makes things himself and they are so good! I'll be back again for sure! Also, just a heads up -it is in the back of a convenience store, you're heading the right way, don't be afraid!
