Starbucks - Auburn

I recently visited a Starbucks and discovered that they were only offering drive-thru service. The staff member who assisted me was exceptionally friendly and made sure I got everything I needed, which really stood out compared to some other places where you might not feel welcomed. A big thank you to the Starbucks team—great job and keep up the fantastic work!

The new employee who was on her first day did an excellent job. She was very polite and friendly. When there was a minor mix-up with my drink, she apologized and explained that it was her first day. She consulted her manager for help, and I left as a satisfied customer. I think her name started with the letter A.

I tried the Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Espresso Shaken, and it was excellent—I highly recommend it! The service was quick and friendly, too. I'll definitely be returning for another visit.

I find the online ordering process to be quite efficient, especially since I place my orders every Sunday.
