I order a cake to eat with my chicken sandwich. she grabbed everything (like a delivery app order), left my cake out and put it kindly on the counter. they didn't tell me they had no cakes ready, just let them out. another lady saw me standing there and helped me get my cake. the original dame looked at me repeatedly as if I shouldn't have been there yet.

I got the 5 piece special for 6.99 was good no complaints had to wait in the drive thru for about 20 minutes didn't like that part. They still have not opened the lobby yet.

Went last night to pick up an order for DoorDash. No one came to the speaker at all. I waited several minutes and pulled up to the window. Multiple employees looked at me and completely ignored me for probably 5-10 minutes. They were all looking at me and taking to each other giggling. Someone finally came to the window. I told her I was picking up for DoorDash. She never said a word and walked away from the window. They finally gave me the food and I left. Absolutely unprofessional and rude

We placed an order through drive through. It was over 40 minutes before we received it. The chicken was overcooked and we did not receive some of our order. The manager was VERY rude to my husband. Her customer service skills are poor. Times are difficult for us all. Being unkind makes nothing better for anyone. Our experience was terrible. Please don't waste your time or money with this location.

There was mold in the ice dispenser. the management said they would clean it before I never left mud cans flow over. Although eating was under heat lamps, I had to wait an inappropriate time for my eating that I ordered. it was a slow faster service.
