If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. I received the wrong pizza twice while waiting for three hours. When I complained about the last delivery, the manager called me and yelled that I wouldn’t be compensated for the inconvenience. This business clearly doesn’t take its customers seriously and shows a lack of care in their work. You might be better off ordering from Little Caesars instead.

In my last three visits, every time I arrived to pick up my order, the screen indicated that my pizza was ready at 0:00. However, I ended up waiting at least 20 minutes before it was actually finished. Additionally, my orders often have missing items, such as the wrong sauce or a topping omitted.

I haven?t ordered for delivery for this location so I can?t comment on that aspect but so far any time I order for carry out it?s been a good experience. The order was correct and ready in a timely fashion. The girl behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. The only thing I wasn?t impressed with was their cheese sticks. It?s not how I remember them to be. It was like they sprinkled a bit of cheese on their regular bread sticks. Not what I was expecting from last experiences.
