Happy Express - Auburn

Oh man, let me tell you about Happy Express – it's a total foodie heaven! They've got this awesome mix of teriyaki, pan-Asian, sushi, and Indian grub, all in one spot! It's like a wild adventure for your taste buds, seriously. From the mouthwatering teriyaki goodness to the crazy flavorful Indian curries, it's like a party in your mouth, dude! And the best part? There's something for everyone, so you can tag along with your picky friends too. If you're into trying out unique flavors and having a blast while eating, you gotta hit up Happy Express – you won't regret it!

Ordered the breaded almond chicken. The sauce was just miso paste mixed with some chicken gravy. It was super watery and bland. Not too mention it was literally pieces of chicken with almonds sprinkled on top. I can see why they have no pictures of this item anywhere, but now people will actually know what they 're getting. None of the ingredients are listed for any menu item so if you have an allergy, you 'll have to make sure it 's not in what you 're ordering. They use canned mushrooms and canned baby corn in their yakisoba, which both have a weird texture. Thankfully the Boba and sesame chicken were decent. I used to go often but since it seems to be under new management and they 've added an Indian menu, the rest of the cuisine has gone down hill. The sushi is still on point but needless to say we won 't be coming back.

A few of us went for lunch. We had teriyaki chicken, Kat su, teriyaki pork and orange chicken with rice and salad. Everything was so good! The staff are so nice. We would recommend and can't wait to come back for moreFood: 5/5

If you are hungry and want something fast this is the place to go. I can’t recommend the sushi or the poke bowl. The sushi tasted fishy the poke bowl looked like iceberg lettuce and tuna on top it was kinda sad. The Chinese food was ok but nothing to make me want to come back again.Food: 2/5

Under new ownership. Still had the same great sushi and Chinese food as before also added with Indian food!!Very friendly, fast service, and good food.Loving this place ,I will definitely recommend this placeFood: 5/5
