Chick-fil-a - Auburn

I don?t ever write these, but I have to state that I do not understand what all the hype is about Chick Fil-A, and why their lines are a mile long! I ordered tonight and my fries were cold, rubbery, and soggy, my grilled chicken club, was cold, did nothave bacon on it, my cheese was not even melted!! My daughters nuggets were cold, the fruit bowl she got as a side was a joke(8-10) small pieces of not good fruit!! I got a chocolate sundae and the chocolate was not included!! None of this food wasedible, the only thing we were able to enjoy was our sprite and lemonade ! You could not pay me to eat here!! Makes me wonder ifthe employees ever eat out??!! If they do how can they serve food like this!!

Not even sure what to say... photo speaks for itself, half of the chicken in the sandwich and 1 pickle? Guess they expect several bites of just bread to taste good. Normally a good experience here aside form some order mix ups slightly too often.Friendly service

The quality of this Chick-fil-A restaurant is slowly as good as a random almost food joint as mcdonalds or burger king. the quality of their service and the quality of their food. the huh in my sandwich this time was flat and stale. Last time they forgot to put a piece of cheese in the deluxe sandwich. How do you forget to put a piece of cheese in a deluxe sandwich? the time before our order was missing two items. it's always something with this Chick-fil-A. the service is no longer friendly and it is clearly just a job for them. the place looks understaffed so perhaps it is time to give them an increase so that they can offer better customer service and better quality to eat. Maybe they will even tell their friends how much they do and get some more people there. I'm pretty sure the owner of this Chick-fil-A can afford it. my family loved getting food from here, but now we are all agreed that it is just another fast eating. we'll get somewhere else to get our chicken sandwiches from now on.

Drive through could not get order correct. Spent 10 minutes at the window trying to get them to get my order correct and still gave me wrong food. Manager got involved. She messed up the order as well. Then the employees facetiously/sarcastically very obvious not intended. Tell me to have a great day. Will not go back.

Worst Chick-fil-A place to eat at food was soggy and bad customer service and fries are old and taste like cardboard. Also do not do well done fries anymore. The people that work here I've heard them talking a bad about owner and how terrible she treats employees. DO NIT RECOMMEND 0/10
