Fish Sandwich and Bean Burrito are no longer on the menu. The Plant-Based burger is close but no cigar. Seriously, what's so difficult mirroring Macs french fries? Or baked plank fries. Jack N the Box occasional fish sandwich is the best. If, corporatereads this. Two changes that will improve sales.

Had breakfast and lunch here. Young man who helped us with breakfast was super friendly and helpful. Personal lunch also very helpful. One of the nicer Carl's Jr restaurants I've gone to. Certainly recommended to anybody

Made an online order for pick up through their app last week around 9pm for $100. Their store hours say they close at 10pm. Apparently they closed early. My card was charged and there is no way to cancel the order on the app. I have sent messages tothe corporate messaging center, I have called the corporate number and left messages, I have called the store daily for a refundand all I get is that the manager is busy and will call me back but never does. Very bad customer service!

It was slow but the service was polite and attentive. They didn't even hand out a number but instead found me and hand delivered it. Burger was pretty good too. Always dependable when they have staff.

It's fast food. Its better than McDonald's. The service is fast and the quality is good. It can get expensive, just ask for the specials or use the app.
