If I could give zero stars I would. First of all it's 5:00 in the morning and they say they're not serving breakfast right now. Okay so I figured chicken sandwich they don't have chicken sandwich items available either. So if you don't serve breakfast at5:00 in the morning when most people eat breakfast until about 10:00 or 11:00 in the morning and you don't have a full moneythen why even open your doors in the first place? Something corporate should think about

Service was okay, they're certainly not in a hurry.. food was alright, definitely not what TV advertising shows, but tasted good overall I'd recommend for a workday lunch

I'm done with Carl's! I used to love the Santa Fe chicken, but has tasted like rubber the last 2 times, and the meat in the Western burger tasted like cardboard. Goodbye old favorite...oh yeah, too expensive for fast food done so poorly.

Great food at a good price. One of my favorite fast food restaurant's. Always friendly customer service and easy off and on the freeway.

You have either a new kitchen and better management. The staff is excellent. Excellent job with customer service. Food is made big, as desired children and I sometimes pickier eater. KEEP UP GREAT WORK. Thank you.
