Excellent cuisine and wonderful hospitality: typical genuine dishes, simple service but nice family welcome

I'm always happy to go back to this place. the maid (unconsciously) always presents the owner and wife in the kitchen. home-made noodles with ragu donkey are special and convey all the simplicity and goodness of their work. excellent home food from Friuli, with quality raw materials that are not often found.

Ai Faris is located in Borgo Faris a few kilometers outside Attimis in Udine province. Not necessarily a location wher you come by by accident. The location is a very small village, actually rather a conclumeration of a few houses. The restaurant is rather basic, however people are very friendly. The food is absolute authentic with regards to the local kitchen. It is very nice.
