Contribuiți la feedbackThis place is beautiful; but eating is a little bit too small, and not to mention is much overpriced; I ordered a chile relleno for 240 pesos and it resembled more a big jalapeño pfeffer without side; so do they like themselves and...if they have to eat here do not order a chill relleno; they will be hungry and disappointed este lugar es muy bonito pero la comida está insípida, las porciones muy pequeñas y en general los platillos muy caros. ordene un chile relleno por 240 pesos y era del tamaño de un jalapeño grande. ver foto. si decides comer aquí se quedarán con hambre o muy gastados
We went to palmira on Sunday. the place has large gardens and views of the popocatepetl vulkan. I suggest a reservation in advance to have a table in the garden, as they are full at weeks. the restaurant serves buffet and it is good, but not exceptional. price per person is between 40 and 60 usd. the place has a very nice salon for private events. it is worth spending almost the day. they serve illy coffe, which is good.
The food service is great BUT if you’re a foreigner, you will be unable to pay since their machines do not work. They say that only American credit cards do not work- it does not matter that you are close to a Metropolitan city. Their suggestion, if you find yourself in this position, would be to go to an ATM machine and take cash out. This ruined our experience at this place and we doubt we will return.
