Harrah’s was a pleasure to stay and play the hotel and casino were very clean and there were various slots coming back in July when invited I come wonderful atmosphere place is very safe and all staff were very nice and friendly. Thank you.

Great complaint you choose a certain room in a particular tower and you pay this rate so you should get this room. My wife and I come to the property at 6:30 and the kiosk says my room is not ready. I come to the reception and the lady says that the only rooms are present in another tower and I wanted a king bed and the only available is a double queen room. We have no choice but to take it or go. The tower could have been a light upgrade, but the bed size was not. So if you pay for something, you should get it or at least be updated or get something else like more animal or reward points. Complaint 2 would have been nice if the person at the reception mentioned that the rooms do not receive maids and that the maids on the floor do not give you towels and soap and that you keep contact house for this. We were in AC recently so we knew about the maid, but now the girls give you towels. Well, their tips will take off even more. Complaint 3 should not exist in the pool area. We had no room, but someone else mentioned that they killed a few in their rooms. By the way, I informed the pool staff and they did nothing so that I removed them in the garbage near the pool staff. Yes, in 10 minutes the garbage bag was replaced. 4 the casino really has to start with $5 table limits and have all the games open as the Heads Up Poker game. Several casinos say that they only have some games during the weekend, but not during the week. Both options are lost. 5 a Johnny Rockets would be great at Harrah’s. Only 1 set breakfast restaurant served not only sandwiches. Tropicana has 3. Chasers has one, but only if you like British style food. Johnny Rockets is close. Lucky 1 the water tower had a good room, but it was still out of the casino. Happy 2 was the poker room open. The last time I stayed in Tropicana, her poker room was closed for a month and as we know, Tropicana has the only open poker room on the promenade. Happy 3 McCormick and Schmidt’s are still a first-class restaurant. Happy 4 the pool was nice and the hot tub was great and clean. Liked the fact that they have an adult only pool and a pool for the children. We will probably return to a Ceasers property, but they must be better or the way they were 10 years ago.

I was planning with a big group. I had to go for a family emergency and I forgot that I didn't check in.... so I was fully charged, even after I explained on the phone sticks, will never see me again and I hope my company won't see it there as well as after the case of my company in the area of $250,000 there

Terrible for a non-smoking (I think everything is ac. I haven't been in ac for about a decade, and now I remember why in a coast tower. can't even sleep at night because the smell of smoke from somewhere in the room ignited the carpet? walls? curtains? vents? I was glad I brought my inhalator. looks like a health risk for children with all this second hand smoke exposure. thin walls, heard next to the room, the phone pretty clear, they snore too. for the elevator a watchman was helped us by getting to know us laguna, coast and atrium? all connected, so they take each up for them. the self park is really far away from check-in, helps to have a basket when they bring snacks /cooler. there is a small single cup coffee machine in the room that we used for instant heel flakes, hot chocolate and ramen. the breakfast will take the dietucks bonus points, but cafe tazzo takes them to 2:1, so the cost of everything is essentially doubled, unless to pay money (what is the point of earning points, why pay $2 in points for a $1 item? no pool for children / <21 hoping ac does not go to smoking, so will not be so bad when we go back but not into this hotel. Although a family holiday seems to be ac like a oxymoron, we were there for a cheerleading convention, not after choice.

I was highly dissatisfied with my recent stay at Harrah's. I booked the Bayview Tower suite a month in advance to celebrate my birthday. All I wanted was a room with a jacuzzi tub to relax. When I checked in, I didn't realize they had put me in the wrong room in the Atrium tower. I returned to the front desk and was told that the Bayview Tower suite was closed for an upcoming convention. I booked my stay directly through Harrah's website. Could no one be bothered to call and inform me that the room was unavailable, let alone the whole tower? I wouldn't have booked a room in the first place had I known and wasted my time. Also, I received no type of compensation for this blunder. All I received was a pitiful sorry. I will never come back to this hotel, and I will discourage others from doing the same.
