The hash browns tasted stale. The staff moved at a very slow pace, and when the line was crowded, there was no assistance available.
This was the worst Dunkin' Donuts experience I’ve ever had! The woman wearing a green wrap kept insisting that we buy something else, and she was so annoying that if it hadn't been for Thanksgiving and the fact that everything else was closed, all 15 of us would have left. It's disappointing to see the franchise's reputation being tarnished like this! Dunkin', you really need to evaluate your locations... This one is terrible! A shoutout to the young lady who eventually took over the register—thank you for your help!
We work across the street. We have gone to this place 3 to 4 times a week with group orders. For the past year and a 1/2, The coffee orders orders are overly sweet, or the coffee tastes old. Yesterday all of our coffee tasted like flavored cream. We didn't even have to taste it to realize this because of the color. The taste was just as bad. I am giving up on this Dunkin donuts.
Worst DD EVER!! If you order ahead expect 30 minutes to pass without getting your drink or you arrive then told the expresso machine is out of order. Then to be given a terrible tasting coffee that cost $2 compared to the $5 machiotto that was ordered. No refunds no I'm sorry. I stopped going here completely. Young girls in the afternoon are behind on orders yet on thier cell phones texting. Rude and nasty to customers when you ask why your order is taking over 20 minutes. No thanks. Wawa coffee is better anyway
