Caesars is the best spot to witness the air show. It is located in the center the Boardwalk which is the best viewing spot. While my wife and I like Caesars for its location, there are a couple of concerns that happened on this trip. First, at check-in, there were only 2 agents working behind the counter. The week of the air show is one of the busiest weeks in the summer. More staff members should have been assigned to the front desk. The second problem was our room in the Centurion Tower. We always book an ocean view, non-smoking King room. This room certainly was that with a great view of the Ocean. However, the inside handle of the bathroom sliding glass door was missing, the make-up light on the mirror didn't work, and the safe needed new batteries that took 2 days to replace. The final problem was the biggest of all, we were not told at check-in that daily housekeeping was not available. You had to call housekeeping each morning and request it. Maybe it would be available and maybe it wouldn't be. This is not a little issue. The air show week is one of the most expensive weeks for booking Ocean view rooms. While I understand workers shortage, I don't understand why we were not told at check-in. In spite of these issues, our king bed was very comfortable and the rest of our room was good. We will definitely go back to Caesars for Air Show week but it is time to invest much needed renovations in this aging beauty. If you wait too long, there are several newer hotels that will take some of your business. BTW: The air show was great as always with both the Air Force Thunderbirds and the Navy's Rhino Demo team. I am looking forward to next year.
I have been going to Caesars AC for many years. I 'm a rated player. What happened to the restaurants in this place? There is no coffee shop for breakfast (Gordon Ramsey 's should not be my only option for sit down breakfast). There is no food court and certainly net enough choice for q quick bite.Bringing in 2 high end Chain Restaurants is still not enough of an appeal. Why can 't Caesars have just as many good food option as The Ocean, Hard Rock, Tropicana, Borgata, etc?
Just came back from Caesars AC and I have to say I am very impressed. We stayed at the Centurion Tower, brand new renovated, hallways smelled like new carpets, room was gorgeous, bathroom and shower too… big difference from the old Caesars with smoke filled hallways and dated rooms. If there is 1 thing I would change it would be the door to the main bathroom, frosted glass sliding door, hard to close with no lock, plus when turning on the light everyone in the room wakes up because the light shines through the door… other than that: a perfect 10!
Ruin my mini vacation couldn’t go to the pool how to make reservations to go they were filled up couldn’t eat Hidda reservations at Hells kitchen couldn’t even eaten breakfast had to have a reservation had pizza a slice of pizza five dollars for a 12 ounce bottle of soda are not worth staying there would recommend going to Las Vegas not worth the money Atlantic City nothing to do anymore Ceaser’s going downhill I just don’t care I did contact them a check out and they act like it’s not their problem they got their money I will never go there again
My License plate was stolen out of the parking garage. Security was excellent in reporting it but when I went to the front desk to ask for a paper and sharpie to tape to my car, they told me no. No I 'm sorry this happened or even a complimentary anything. Just whatever buddy and next person in line. Very rude. If you park in the garage, make sure to back up into the spot with your plate to the wall.
