Buca di Beppo Bally's Atlantic City

After perusing the menus, we decided to leave the restaurant.

Cannot go wrong. Very good food at a reasonable price. Our waitress Chrissy is our go to person there. She always attend to are needs she is a great person all around. All the staff always greets us very politely. For some reason our appetizer ticket did not get processed so they gave it to us for free. The nice lady at checkout told us we had $100 celebration reward so she make sure we used it all and gave us stuff to take with us. Out of all the years I’ve been going there I’ve only had one bad meal and they corrected that right away. This is one of our favorite restaurants. Thank you to all the staff for another nice evening.

Very disappointed this time with the food. We ordered pretty much the same things but not as good as before. First the fried calamari looked as if it were picked over, crumbly at bottom not as large or as crispy. We ordered the apple gorgonzola salad and to me there was not as much as the last time. BUT the big thing was the way they made it this time... very little gorgonzola big slices of apple just a few cranberry and nuts . I thought there were more things in this salad the last time. And last time it had crispy lettuce when this time it was a bit wilted. The chicken parm was again not as good as last time and 2 pieces were a bit on the small side. Then the Fettuccini Alfredo was dry and had to ask for more sauce. It was still not creamy and velvety and had some seasoning that set the whole dish off. The cannoli was good but was more whipped creamy than the Italian filling we would expect from an Italian restaurant. Sorry Buca ...you are not my fav restaurant any more.

If food were not rushed and brought to the table lukewarm, we would have thoroughly enjoyed.

Totally awesome. Totally can’t say enough about the staff. Really attentive.
