Bally's Atlantic City

Rooms are beautiful if you can get the kind of view you want. No room service. Disappointed that no microwaves are available in rooms or anywhere else for guests.

I didn't stay overnight this time, but the rooms are nice it also depends on which one you stay in I stayed last year over a bar and the noise from the music was so loud when it was time to sleep I couldn't right away. I'm looking forward to staying soon

Affordable with ugly carpets, luckily caesers is next door

Bally's changed hands recently...with claims of renovations and improvements....of wich I saw little of that. They made a big deal of a revolving bar..... which didn't revolve.....the room was clean but black mold on the caulk in bathroom....wall paper starting to peel....showerhead leaking ..pillows crappy ...tv with little volume ....the Chinese restaurant....food ok but prices through the roof...I know it's a casino but come on...26 dollars for an average plate of pork fried rice!!!!!...the yard restaurant was very good though...had 2 very good meals there.....and I must say the casino is very centrally located in ac near the shopping outlet. I did not have a great experience...just an ok time. I did win on the slots though!!!: I am revising my review I stayed in Bally's newly renovated Bally's tower ONE WORD...... FANTASTIC! TASTEFULLY DONE! NOW WE NEED A LITTLE MUSIC SOME GIVE AWAYS SOME TOURNAMENTS Bally's CAN BECOME A REAL PLAYER IN AC IF THEY PLAY THEIR CARDS right Stayed in the 29.00 a night rooms Furniture dented and shabby Needs new rugs Musty smell Hate when they charge you to park when you stay in the hotel...greed But it is close to everything In a.c Bally's please start Renovations Start some gambling tournaments Have some good restaurants open during the week mon to Thursday Give us some perks....get your business Off the ground...I'm rooting for you

Rooms are still very dated. Needed a cot because they put me in the wrong room and charged me 25 dollars after waiting over an hour for someone to call back. Customer service definitely not the greatest
