Panera Bread - Atlantic Beach

This Panera is not the best to go to. The wait time is horrible and they have no good options for when they mess up your order.

Placed a pick-up order. An employee was about to give away my order before I stepped in. My order was still in their service window and I was following directions to wait to pick up my order in their pick up order area section. I will go back but highly

Slowest panera ever, even when it’s not busy. I waited 40 mins for a you pick 2 and a side soup. Absolutely ridiculous. They started cooking the food 25 minutes after it said my order would be ready.

Joy was super nice and made my oatmeal perfectly adding some almond milk on the side.

Hair is in my soup. I ordered a pick two with a sandwich. The sandwich did not come with the things that usually comes with from other Panera Bread and they did not have bread. The soup was cold. This is probably the worst Panera I’ve ever been to and I got charged for a 16 ounce strength that was really an eight out drink And the drinks are expensive. Skip this Panera go to the one at Jax. Beach.To sum it up HAIR, no lettuce, cold soup
