Wendy's - Atlanta

Did wendy's up their game? This was actually excellent. The people were super nice too... the burger was surprisingly good.. I didn't expect to even enjoy my food, honestly, and I ended up leaving really happy. Bravo.

Slow, very very slow but nice employees and decent food.

I was totally disappointed with my visit to this location . They took all day to make my order . Only then for them to not hand me my complete order. First time here at this location my last ! Customer service is important to me and especially when we have to trust them to prepare our food ! I would have submitted a Zero but that's not available.

Drive through window wide open around 1030am but employee just walked around talking on the phone. Eventually after maybe 15 mins waiting in line he came outside and put up a sign that said cash only and no orders over $25 then went back inside. Still nobody took orders that the call box for another 5 minutes so I left.

Worst drive through service ever! They always have a system issue and a wait. This is ridiculous. Pulled into the drive thru and immediately told it is a 10 minute wait. I was ok sense I wasn't busy but was then told I can't stay in the drive through. Like this isn't my problem its yours and I can't wait in your drive through?? Just ridiculous.
