Wendy's - Atlanta

I always use the mobile app. I'm sure the restaurant will probably return a lot because the line is always long and the inner is never open, but if they have minimal workers, they need to do what they need to do. every time I go here, it's always fresh and hot and they never get my order wrong. they are definitiv my way to my lunch break.

Trashy staff, bad customer service, just rude from no reason. what I will not do is argue what I have ordered. If you hate your job, stop. Otherwise they correct their appointment and treat them properly. Anyway, you'll get a call tomorrow and I won't be back to this table.

Ashley the manager was rude! We waited in line for 20 minutes to order food for our family, and my son's roommates in college. We waited at the speaker for ten minutes. My daughter Even got out and yelled into the speaker. Then we drove to the first window and we were told to go through long line again to order! We asked for manager and she said same thing. Her attitude was horrible. Rude. Unhelpful. Stay far away from this Wendy's and Ashley the manager with the most sour attitude I've ever seen! We drove down the street and ordered for 5 at McDonald's at least they care about your business!

Wendy’s Night manager at this location older lady with two different colors of braids in her hair didn’t greet us at all at first but when we asked was she ready to take our order she got highly disrespectful. She wouldn’t even serve us and all because we waited and asked was she ready. She was very unprofessional and showed very poor customer service and as a manager at that and then we had to order door dash and they completely messed up that order as well

If i could give them nothing I would. The worst customer service EVER. They never have a staff so your in line (drive thru) 30 mins to an hour and God forbid you have a DoorDash. They closed doors at like 6pm they give you an attitude and mess up your order and once that happens they tell you to go to the back of the line and tell them AGAIN your order and what they messed up and now your waiting another 30 do not go here. They need to shut this place down it’s beyond ghetto. People begging right outside the drive thru and they do nothing
