Contribuiți la feedbackI recently attended a cooking class as a Christmas gift. The group I was with was enjoyable and we had a lot of fun participating in the activities. However, I felt that the class was overpriced and there were some organizational issues that need to be addressed. The quality of the wines provided was lacking, especially considering the cost of the class. The introduction was overly long and not challenging for those with cooking experience. Additionally, the food served buffet style resulted in our entrees being cold by the time we got to them, which detracted from the overall culinary experience. Overall, I was not impressed and would not recommend this experience.
The food was below average and the service was extremely slow. It took a long time for our food to arrive and even though we used the tasting system, they didn't keep our wine glasses filled.
The charcuterie board was tasty and the crab cakes were some of the best I've ever tasted. However, I was disappointed that there was no pastry menu available.
I made reservations at Open Table, but on arrival we were told that there was a very big birthday party, so when we sat to avoid the sound of this party, we never got water served for over 15 minutes. We just left. Maybe try again.
The regular menu looked good, but we chose to take advantage of the specials with the wine pairings. The food was fantastic, and the wine pairings made it even better. The wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly. A very nice evening all round.
