Great place to live play , Buckhead is seconds away Lenox Mall Phipps Plaza , Dunwoody Perimeter Mall is 5miles away if that. ITS BEEN A COMPLETE pleasure peace of mind during my living experience here . Ms.Candice the Property Manager Team are prompt with service, if you decide to walk-in office or via email. Maintenance staff is 5star responsive. Plenty community event's and discounts from theshops in Town Brookhaven.

“A Great Place to Call Home” I had a pleasant experience working with Nazly in finding my new apartment home. Aisha, the Property Manager gets an A+ in customer service. She has been extremely accommodating and truly a pleasure to work with. The maintenance staff are always friendly and quick to respond to issues. The location is awesome and amidst lots of shopping/restaurants. I am a happy camper thus far!

I waited to write this reviews, I’ve been in my apt for about a month and half. When I first called first to setup an appointment I talked to Aisha she was really nice and answered all the questions I had. When I came in to tour I was pleasantly surprised how nice the apts look. This made me feel so welcomed. I toured with Aisha the Property Manager and was so impressed by everything I saw. Aisha greeted me at the entrance and was so patient and thorough with the tour. She made sure to show me all the amenities the property has to offer the model. The pool is really large but my favorite part is I got the updated apartment my kitchen is beautiful with brand new appliances! So far my living experience has been great and I would highly recommend The GoodWynn

We have had an apartment with them for a year. They have been ridiculously informative about everything going on with the building. Their communication with their residents is paramount and it shows. Relatively clean, safe and quiet. Nice location. Convenient to shopping, small pubs, shops.

Super dependable in the maintenance department. You put in a maintenance request online and its usually done in a day (sometimes they even show up day-of). Overall had a great time living here. Place is clean, neighbors are nice. We don't plan on renewing our lease just because its a little too pricey for us and we want more space (moving from a 1 bedroom to a 2) but from our experience you get quality living conditions and great service if you're willing to pay the price.
