Stoner's Pizza Joint - Atlanta

I'm frustrated. During my last few visits, my orders have often been overlooked or incomplete. Otherwise, this place would definitely deserve five stars. Most recently, I ordered a well-done pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni, but what I received was just a regular pepperoni pizza, with no extra toppings. It cost me an additional five dollars, and the pizza didn’t have the burnt edges I expected; the crust was mushy instead of crispy. It was a disappointing pizza experience. I'm leaving this review and reducing my rating as a way to express my frustration. Their pizza is great in theory, but I'm tired of not being heard.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The location is stunning, and I want to give a huge thank you to the cooking staff. The food is fantastic—especially the pizza, which is absolutely delicious!

I recently visited the Atlanta location on Piedmont, and I was impressed by how quickly I was in and out. The customer service was exceptional, thanks to a very kind woman named Amanda. She assisted me and my friends in choosing what we really wanted, handling the situation with great patience and grace, even though my friends were not the most courteous (they had been drinking). I have to say, Amanda was a phenomenal employee, and I don't think I could have managed as well as she did in that situation.
