The noise level was excessive, and the singers constantly promoted themselves, which made for an unpleasant experience. We won’t be returning, and I’ll be sure to share this with all my friends and coworkers. To make matters worse, my glass of wine didn’t arrive until they brought the check! This was the worst service I've ever encountered.

We were quite disappointed with the loud music during our birthday dinner. We requested that it be turned down, but it didn't seem to have much of an effect, if at all. Since we arrived early (at 6 PM), we thought the music would be at a more acceptable volume. It’s hard to understand why it needs to be so loud when most people go out to enjoy their food and have conversations, which we found impossible due to the noise. On a positive note, the food was good, but unfortunately, we won't be returning.

I truly enjoy myself and this was an amazing venue for a first date.

When we arrived, the dining room was quite empty, and our waiter was very attentive. We ordered drinks and appetizers, which arrived in a timely manner. However, as other guests came in and were seated, it seemed our waiter forgot about us. Despite his initial attentiveness, the lack of service after 25 minutes was frustrating enough for us to leave without ordering any main courses. The restaurant has potential, and perhaps it was just a fluke on that particular Friday night. I’m willing to give it another shot, but I hope for a different server next time, or I might just sit at the bar—it's usually a better experience! Also, I wouldn’t recommend the Chicken Waffle Tenders. They resembled a traditional chicken and waffle dish but missed the mark completely; they were so sweet that they felt more like a dessert.

Food was decent. Service was marginal. There were only three table occupied and I was halfway through my meal before our server came back so I could ask for soy sauce that should have come with it. Hostess, waitresses and waiters were having some argument and were being very catty talking about their drama and who was up next instead of helping customers. One door was locked so several people left thinking they were closed. I pointed it out and the hostess sarcastically told me ‘oh well’ and made no move to open it. Staff clearly is not well trained and has better things to do, but food was surprisingly good. I doubt this place will make It under this management.
