Pizza Hut - Atlanta

The locations and employees are getting nicer. Pizza is starting to be ready in a more tolerable time frame. No complaints this most recent visit. Sincerely pleased.

This particular location has had terrible service since it has opened, I’ve not had one good experience with this place. Year after year, I give them a chance and I’m repeatedly disappointed. Management was there, he sat by and did nothing. Poor management and staff. The food is always burnt, wrong or not ready, and they’re always out of wings. Tonight, I placed an order for pickup at 8:19pm, I received confirmation that it would be ready at 8:35 pm. Me knowing their reputation, I give them extra time to prepare the order, I arrive at 9:05 pm, they tell me give them 10 minutes the order will be ready. A guy walks in with his son tells them what he’s waiting on, the cashier gives them complementary sodas, yet she offers me nothing. Numerous people come in to receive their orders, they’re still telling me 10 minutes. It’s now 9:35, I left. This is my very last time trying patronize this Pizza Hut.

My food was wrong. Tried to get assistance, management and employees acted like they didn’t care. Tried to call customer service they kept directing me to the store. What’s the purpose of having people on payroll if they’re not going to work. RUDE!!! Do better! Manager name Tyanna, if that’s even the truth.

Pizza Hut no longer offers condiments along with their sides; no red pepper, parmesan cheese, blue cheese or ranch dipping sauces. These are ALL condiments other establishments offer as customary. This to me is a nickel dime tactic to make you spend more money. NOT COOL or APPRECIATED!!

Ordered pizza, breadsticks, and boneless wings and I only got my pizza and cheesesticks, not breadsticks
