Contribuiți la feedbackExpected a traditional Christmas day buffet had the buffets well closed an hour before our reservation. the menu consisted of hotel offers. not impressed by pricing or selection. the wein was invaluable for the low quality relatiw. the server was pointed to bite when the table refilled water. we were also calculated for parking spaces. although the OpenTable list specifies free parking, we were calculated 8.00 for parking. overall a very underwhelming experience
Maybe because it was christmas, but the service was not good. After my server sits on, he never came by to tell us we're going for the buffet. after a last we decided to help us. Once we got our drinks, he never returned to see if we needed anything else. I asked the lady Clearing Tables for a 2nd round drink. he brought the drinks and I asked for a few things, he never came back until he brought the ****. also, when I made the reservation, I checked that I wanted to order from the menu. I'm not a buffet, everything you can eat, and I don't deserve my money. if I knew that was not an option, I might have chosen another restaurant. still the place is very nice. the ambiente was great with the pianist who played Christmas music. I'll try.
Great, non overwhelming service (automatic 18% gratuity), and a nice ambience (St. Cecelia like vibe). Excellent ribeye (decent sauce, well cooked, good presentation), amazing fried chicken (succulent, rich, consistent throughout), wonderful pasta (homemade, flavorful, fulfilling). Good drinks from bar. After dinner service felt unwanted almost as an after thought despite our attempts. Definitely returning though in order to explore further. (Note: Gardens are not wheelchair accessible)
Parkwoods was fantastic in the last minute, we had to change our Christmas brunch plans due to the freezing weather. we had originally planned to drive to the North Georgia Mountains, but my elders were ashamed (right so,) and I had to find scramble seated for 6 on Christmas. parkwoods came to happiness. I was not in the crowne plaza ravinia in years back in the 90s/marginal, this was the place to have their high-time reception due to the fantastic garden facility. I looked at the online photos and realized they were completely renovated! the restaurant now looks very modern, refreshed and is practically a greenhouse atrium with all the beautiful glass, the light and the ability to take into the surrounding landscape. I could book at 1:30 a.m. on open table. in just a few minutes someone called me to confirm the seat that I appreciated. my parents are older so they took a few time down, and the parking was full, so I had to park in the garage. the elevator parking places go directly into the lobby, so no problems there. there were beautiful live keyboard Christmas music that didn't play too loud. the decor was very tasteful, and while we had to wait a few minutes on the seat, the chairs were very comfortable. when we were led to our sitting, we passed the spread that was glorious. Omelet/Waffle Station, cattle carving and the most impressive, fresh seafood! our table was as a stand/banquet that was a bit tight, but it offered us an additional free stand to facilitate the space. understandable given the last minute accommodation. eating was great, my parents loved the fresh plump claws and garnel on ice. We used the Omelet station, which was prepared for a minute. I could see how everyone on the personal in including hostess to clear tables and refreshing drinks. such a pleasant atmosphere and a great service will definitely come back!
Nice Christmas celebration with family. Greet Peach Bellini’s and omelette station
