Mimi's Bistro - Atlanta

There's nothing Italian about this place. It's misleading to call it Italian when it really isn't! Just label it as an American Bistro, and I won't feel the need to drive over to see for myself.

I had my first experience ordering from this restaurant last week while attending a class in the same building, and I found the food to be delicious. So, I decided to order again today during my class. However, when I inquired about the price of the chicken Philly wrap—since the menu listed a different price than what I was charged—the cashier responded defensively and combatively. She even remarked on how glad she was that these classes come and go. As a customer, her comments made me feel undervalued, as if those of us taking classes are lesser than the regular office staff. This experience completely soured my appetite for lunch. I believe she needs customer service training, and because of her disrespectful attitude, I won’t be eating here again.

This restaurant serves exceptional food that is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is amazing! I would give it a flawless 10 out of 10.

This bistro is quite nice. I really enjoy the taco salads on Tuesdays; they are very satisfying and generously topped with meat. The paninis are also quite good.
