Mcdonald's - Atlanta

This was the third McDonald's I visited today, and surprisingly, it turned out to be the best one compared to all the others! I was very impressed with their attentiveness and customer service. They were open to the feedback I offered regarding my previous experiences and my suggestions on how to improve guest satisfaction. As a result, I decided to upgrade my frappe to a large size, which was all I wanted today. The other two locations I visited didn't have the necessary ingredients to make it for me, but this one did. I even chose to spend a little extra to support them! Excellent job and outstanding service today!

I wanted to take a moment to share a positive review for this McDonald's location. I stopped by around 6:15 PM on April 4, 2022, and I was impressed by how fresh everything was! The line moved quickly, and the young man and woman at the window were both friendly. While they may not have been overly enthusiastic, they were attentive and greeted me when I arrived at the window, which speaks volumes! Since moving to Atlanta, I've noticed that many of the McDonald's I've visited here tend to lack good customer service and food quality. I don't visit McDonald's often, but of all the times I've been here, this one has definitely been the best! I hope their service remains this good all the time. Keep up the great work!

The deal on Big Macs at two for $6 was fantastic! We also tried chicken nuggets, a Quarter Pounder, and a Fish Fillet, all at great prices. It’s definitely a place where a mother could feed her whole family without breaking the bank, and you could add drinks or a couple of cookies on the side too. I had a wonderful experience and appreciated that we could pick everything up ourselves. It allowed us to get exactly what we wanted. I even went back a second time, and that visit was just as good! Thank you so much for the great food. I feel blessed, and I’m sure you will too when you visit!

Shout out to the Monday night shift manager. They had a sudden rush of orders and offered me a free drink as I would have to wait longer. Great considerate service!
