The lines were long and moving slowly, but my order was accurate, and the drive-thru team was polite. The food was hot, delicious, and perfectly cooked. So, patience is essential!

Awful experience! I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, but ended up with just bacon and a cookie after waiting 20 minutes. I wouldn't have received my food at all if I hadn't honked my horn to alert the guy who was asleep in the rain with my order. This is completely unacceptable!

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. They initially tried to keep my change, and when I pointed out that they hadn’t mentioned a coin shortage, they could have asked if I wanted to pay by card instead. The staff member told me she couldn’t open the register to give me my coins back. I asked for a refund, and eventually, they handed my money over. I requested to speak to the manager, who was very young and didn’t apologize for the situation. Instead, he instructed the young woman to mention the coin deficiency. I thought we had resolved the issue, but he seemed unaware of the proper procedures regarding change and card payments. It was puzzling that he couldn’t open the register as a manager.

This McDonald's has some of the rudest staff I've ever encountered. There’s a new manager who wouldn’t give her name, and her team followed suit by also refusing to identify themselves. She shouted at both customers and employees, creating a truly hostile environment. It's concerning to see someone in a leadership role who cannot manage her emotions. While we were waiting for our Irkutsk order in the parking lot, we witnessed her yelling at an older male customer. It felt as though she was trying to intimidate him rather than help. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Waiting for the ride thru Menu for 30 minutes. People in front got orders there. Then the staff switched off everything and said nothing about it. I wouldn't answer the phone. I am very sympathetic for customer service and would be a simple explanation, but none came. Several people waited. McDonald's. Always.
