Mcdonald's - Atlanta

So... Drive thru is slow, Caryout is slow when you park for a mobile order you luck ever getting your food. I've been waiting outside for over 15 minutes before I finally got in where my food got cold. General lack of urgency and care in this team. Poor management.

I was the only customer. I ordered an Egg Mcmuffin with regular bacon, only hotcakes and a hashbrown. Have all the way home and no crazy sandwich!!! Then when I tried to call, no one answers the phone. Yesterday I ordered the same meal minus the hotcakes. I opened my bag and there was a big piece of dry sweetheart on a cookie?!? Not a Mcmuffin in sight. From control... That's why I stopped going to McDonalds years ago, and after I gave the food I ordered, I'll never stop at this restaurant again. It's really not that difficult to read a screen and put it in your pocket, what your customer ordered. If you were busy, I could understand. Not to be noticed is INEXCUSABLE!!!

The manager Tonio or Antonio whatever, the black manager at night is HORRIBLE. The line is always secured, and it closes when it feels like that. Sometimes they close at 8, 9, 10, I guess when he gets tired. Whoever is the owner must save this place. Great location, terrible workers.

I visited this place twice and both times the food was terrible. The nuggets were so hard that the frits smeared as if they were sitting all day, the burger bread was hard as a rock. They cook their food a little too long and let it sit for a long time. The service is fast, but the food does not fit the service.

The drive thru cashier hopefully I have his name right, my receipt says Sidel.... He was amazing and patient when my card wouldn't process correctly and he went out of his way to ensure I could process another card... Thanks so much..... Great Job and we will definitely be a regular customer from now on ??
