Insomnia - Atlanta

Very rude people work there. You'd rather argue and blame instead of just fixing the problem with my order. Cookies came cold, half of my order was missing, and I was told that they could not send out the rest of my order because I was from their delivery zone (I ordered over their website, not a third party). The human error is understandable, but the attitude is optional and I did not deserve it.

I order 6 cookies. 3 birthday cakes that were hard and stale) a sugar cookies that were also stale) 1 white Macadamian nuts also stale) and a snicker doodle that was slightly hard. I waited for 20 minutes for some stele cookies and an rude employee. Tbh yall should just close because they are not open for walk-ins for half the time. 0 stars if you really would ask me.

The cookies were really bland and wasn’t worth the hype nor price. I wouldn’t recommend to my friends. Customer service was great but other than that, I would tell you to spend your money somewhere else.

Delicious cookies, and very easy to set up delivery. I sent to my son in a dorm. Easy to input instructions and his phone number so he could meet driver. Perfect delivery and scrumptious treat!

ZERO STARS!! Horrible Experience and awful customer service. The store is seriously lacking basic leadership. We waited over 40 minutes. Several people waited in line and left. There were three employees on staff but all of them were in the back of the store during most of our wait time. No one made a point to acknowledge us or the wait time. We finally decided to leave when one of the employees was seen scooping ice cream with his pants sagging, underwear hanging out and a shirt that wrapped around his hands that was visibly unsanitary.Went to another location close by and was promptly serviced. What made it so bad was we saw other customers there who were also waiting in line from this store. I DO NOT recommend this location and WILL NOT ever come back.
