I ordered twice, and both times I was disappointed. In fact, for my second order, I didn't receive my meal or any notification that the item I requested was unavailable.

I ordered through Uber Eats and chose two orders of mac and cheese, but they called to let me know they were out of it. Instead, they offered to replace it with Alfredo pasta. Unfortunately, the taste was quite disappointing. I also ordered a side of rice, but it was hard and very dry, resembling old, dried-out rice. Overall, I felt that I wasted my money. I can't recommend this place to anyone.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. It took them three hours to prepare just two dishes, which is quite unacceptable. It’s clear that the staff is new to the restaurant industry and struggles with timely cooking. By the time the food arrived, I was so frustrated that I lost track of time, and I didn't even get to enjoy the meal. They might want to consider transitioning to a different line of work because this is just not cutting it.

I ordered online and they took my money and left the restaurant without ever giving me my food I ordered my food 3:40am sat on the parking lot until 4:50 am the text says, my food will be ready 4:12am all for some other restaurant owners to say that they are gone! this is unprofessional and I need my money back. you sent me a confirmation text about my order and took my money without hesitation that I saw myself lost. I didn't make it.

Completely irritated. Just left oak street eats. Placed my order 45 minutes ago waited outside just to be told that their is no one in the kitchen. Just went on over to trustee Church’s.
