Domino's Pizza - Atlanta

Single employee working talking calls online orders and walk-ins. Some managers and employees may be taking extra time off, just ne listening to a small argument while waiting for an order.

I ordered a pizza salad for lunch. The Domino's tracker indicated that Toney left at 5:38 PM and that the delivery was completed, but I never received it. I attempted to call the restaurant, but nobody answered.

Bad experience omg first I called and I was waiting for 10 minutes, the manager was rude, she didn't want to tell her name so that the situation could be handled properly, the driver couldn't even get out of the car, so ghetto omg? then I commanded 32 bites and got only 8 and they were even bite at all, I also command a koss and I told the driver it was accepted to have a koss that she just drove out as if she didn't even care, instead of someone out of the email me or call her to let me so that I could have decided whether I wanted this drink or not then that the manager would tell me that today

I requested extra Mariñeira sauce, but the last time I ordered, I didn’t receive any at all, which was really disappointing. Additionally, I didn’t get any tomato sauce with my meal. If I hadn’t sent a family member to pick it up, I would have just left it there.

My experience with this Domino's location has been good for the most part. The order is always ready within the window promised when placing the order. Always got good deals. The only reason I have not rated it a 5 is because some of the staff are not very professional. They could improve on courtesy and professionalism a little in how they talk to people. Overall, great place.
