Delta Sky Club - Atlanta

Flagship lounge? It's spacious, but the food options are a disappointment. You can enjoy the views of the tarmac, the soda fountain, and the popcorn machine reminiscent of a movie theater. However, if you're hungry, it's best to look elsewhere—you'll leave feeling unsatisfied.

This is a great sky club located in the international terminal at ATL. There are plenty of seating choices, both indoors and outdoors, with a nice view of the planes. The food is good, although the selection is somewhat limited, particularly at the salad bar. I really liked the soup and the lemonade bar. One of the perks of this lounge is the availability of showers, which is fantastic if you're just passing through and want to refresh yourself. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything is well-stocked.

This lounge is quite enjoyable. I've visited multiple times, including during the pandemic, and they did an excellent job of packaging food back then. The outdoor area is spacious and features comfortable seating, providing a pleasant breeze, even though the air isn't particularly fragrant—it carries a hint of airplane fuel. Still, it's refreshing to get some fresh air, especially after a long journey of over 12 hours while waiting for a connecting flight. The food is consistently good. On my recent visit, they served BBQ chicken in mustard sauce, BBQ pork ribs, and mac and cheese—all of which were delicious! They also have a charcuterie option and a variety of ready-made sandwiches. However, the salad bar could be more extensive. One nice touch is their lemonade bar, where you can customize your drink with fruit, syrup, and mint. They also provide tasty bags of chips. The bartenders are friendly, and the bathrooms are clean.

The sky clubs are becoming increasingly crowded. Some of the staff were quite rude during my visit. I'm unsure how they plan to address the overcrowding issue, as it was difficult to find a place to sit. They've also raised the fees for upgrades and lounge access, which has me seriously considering whether I want to continue participating. What used to feel special has lost its charm. It's a bit disappointing.

The restaurant is beautifully designed, elegant, and very comfortable. They offered a taco station, and the drinks were fantastic. The view of the field was absolutely stunning as well. The only downside was that there was only one toilet stall in the men's restroom, so we had to wait for it to be free when we needed to use it.
