The experience was positive overall, but I was not happy when they tried to explain their reservation policy to me after being caught not telling the truth. The hostess, who was Hispanic, seemed to be dishonest and became frustrated when I showed her evidence that I was able to book a table that same day through an open text platform.

I have been to this restaurant three times now. The coffee drinks are fantastic. However, the food was lackluster and the service was subpar. During my last visit, it took almost 2 hours to receive our food. The space is lovely, but there is room for improvement.

Firstly, finding parking was a stressful experience due to the limited number of spots available. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for a space to open up. Upon entering the restaurant, we encountered a long line and were greeted by a rude waitress who yelled at customers to close the door behind them. There was confusion about which entrance to use, as there were no clear signs directing guests. The waitress yelled again to consolidate the line to one door. After waiting for over 45 minutes, we were finally able to order. The staff seemed rushed and unhelpful when we had questions about the menu. The food and beverages were disappointing, lacking flavor and generous portions. The service was subpar, with staff appearing stressed and annoyed at customer inquiries. The restroom situation was also inadequate, with only two stalls available for a restaurant of this size. Long lines formed, creating further congestion in the dining area. Despite the restaurant's cute decor and potential, the service and food fell short. Overall, I would rate this restaurant 2 out of 5 stars. I would not recommend it and do not plan to return in the future.

I have only visited the Howell Mill location, but it has consistently offered the best brunch in Atlanta for years! I am a big fan of their specialty coffees, especially the Chaga Mocha. During my last visit, I tried the magical fried chicken waffle egg bacon avocado drizzle madness, and it was incredibly delicious. The restaurant has a large brunch menu and is a perfect place to go with friends and family. Look no further if you want a great brunch experience.
