This place has the best chicken sandwich and parmesan tots in the city! The one-star reviews are completely unfair. You should definitely eat here!

The food here is good, but unfortunately, the customer service has really declined recently. The cashier is quite negative and rude, leading to many uncomfortable interactions. Customers often greet him politely, but he reacts by rolling his eyes and cutting them off with dismissive hand gestures, telling them to just state their order. When they ask questions, he responds sarcastically with remarks like, "Is that what the menu says?" I've seen him turn around and loudly complain about customers while they're still at the counter, which is very disrespectful. I've also noticed him charge one person more for the same item that others in front of them had ordered after provoking a tense situation. The food is great, but I would strongly advise avoiding any interaction with the cashier!

This is hands down some of the best food in the city and a perfect late-night treat. I had some as a late-night snack after a night out, and the leftovers the next day were just as tasty. I give it a 15/10—definitely want to eat here again!
