Contribuiți la feedbackWhen I called the manager to address the issue, he told me to send an email to file a complaint and insisted there was nothing he could do unless I came into the store for a replacement. Then he hung up on me! This isn’t the first time this has happened; I don't eat pork! Let me ask this: if I could visit the location at 3424 Piedmont Rd NE in Buckhead, would I really be placing an order? It's frustrating! The manager, who claims to be Mexican, is the most incompetent one I've ever encountered—he clearly hasn’t been trained properly. You’ve completely ruined my Chipotle experience! It used to be my go-to meal, but not anymore. To avoid going hungry, I tried to pick out the pork from the food, but instead, I ended up with the worst meal of my life!
I ordered a meal through Uber Eats and got the hard tacos and a quesadilla. The tacos were decent, though they had barely any chicken. However, the quesadilla was a complete disappointment (see picture). I could tell something was off when I felt the weight of the bag, and it was confirmed when I opened it. What I received didn't resemble a quesadilla at all. It wasn’t in the right container, it wasn’t sliced, and there were no sides (I had ordered brown rice). It seems I’m not the only one with this issue based on other delivery reviews. Overall, it was awful and a total waste of money.
I really enjoyed this Chipotle because the food is consistently well-seasoned and delicious. I chose to order through the app and tried to call to make sure they wouldn't forget my hot sauce and vinaigrette for my bowls, but I was only able to reach an automated system. Unfortunately, they ended up forgetting all my sauces, including the dressings. My bowl was cold, so I had to microwave it with the lettuce still on top. I definitely recommend dining in so that you can ensure you receive all the necessary side items you request. And make sure to check the temperature of your food!
The team here needs some help from management. I only want this review to be constructive. We have 30+ people in line for dinner and no one working the counter. Shortly after this photo, no people working the line. One person walked out and yelled ?no more guac? but no explanation to why no one is working the line. I hope this helps get some management in here : Edit: still in line 30 minutes later, I saw who looked like the boss wrap a burrito for to-go and it rip, him stop and look at it, kind of look around to make sure no one saw and continued to wrap it up. Perhaps pay these people more. We?ve seen enough people leave this line by now that could have given the whole staff a significant raise.
Ordered online a few times from this location. Online they always show items like beans and fajitas are out of stock, but go in and they have plenty. Also they are consistently 10 minutes later than the time they promise it, so it?s the same speed to just go in. Some staff are great, some are truly rude. The foods always good.
