Chipotle Mexican Grill - Atlanta

Typically, I can overlook minor issues with customer service, but my experience today was absolutely terrible. The staff at this location were incredibly rude and didn’t even attempt to disguise it. The girl with glasses really needs a break. The men working there were inattentive and displayed a poor attitude. I had to return to work, otherwise, I would have demanded my bowl back. I had to ask for a salad three times while she placed the bowl in front of me. When a coworker repeated my request to make sure she heard, she snapped at him. I really dislike that this is the closest option to me. I hope a manager or owner sees this review because what I experienced was unacceptable. To make matters worse, I felt sick for the rest of the day after eating there. I'm concerned that something was spoiled.

Since I've been working from home, I haven't had the chance to stop by this restaurant. However, I needed to go to the office and decided to grab lunch there. I had the most delicious steak burrito, and I absolutely loved it!

If you’re thinking about working here, I strongly advise against it. The manager, Mr. James, treats his employees very poorly. Initially, the work environment seems great, but it quickly deteriorates due to the manager's lack of appreciation. No matter how much effort employees put into their tasks, including standing for long hours and handling dishes, it never seems to matter to him. He often expresses disappointment over minor mistakes made by his staff. Honestly, James should be removed from his position; he certainly doesn't deserve to be a manager. A good manager should not hold biases, but unfortunately, that seems to be the case here. Additionally, the pay is incredibly unfair—some employees earn as little as $9 an hour, with hardly any raises. While prices continue to rise, he seems completely oblivious to the fact that many of his workers are teenagers trying to make a living at Chipotle.

I was visiting Chicago and staying in a hotel next door. I ordered online through the app. I ordered queso cheese and they did not add it to my order. I didn't notice it until I got to my room. I disputed my order through the app and I was supposed to be contacted by management about my missing item and I never was.
