Chipotle Mexican Grill - Atlanta

Ordered a bowl, but the rice is not cooked. It?s still strong. I have sensitive digestive system and my stomach hurts. Money wasted

I am a fan of Chipotle, but this particular location was disappointing. The rice was undercooked, there was less meat than expected, even though I paid for double meat. I also asked for extra cheese and paid for it, but did not receive it. Chipotle should definitely inspect this location.

The food was delicious, but I was disappointed when I was charged almost $7 for extra steak without being informed of the significant cost beforehand. I was expecting a $2-3 upcharge, but the portion size was also smaller than expected. When I brought this up, I was told that the portion given was standard. This encounter left me feeling frustrated, and I do not plan on dining here again.

I have had multiple instances where my order was incorrect or missing items that I had ordered extra, and when I brought it to their attention, they acted as if it was my mistake. The staff is unfriendly as well. Ordering online doesn't speed up the process either, as they keep completed orders in the kitchen without announcing the order names. I would not recommend wasting your time or money at this establishment.

My expectations of this chipotle were high, given all of the rave reviews, but I was left disappointed. The Barbacoa burrito I ordered was constructed poorly with beans falling out of it immediately after opening, and it lacked sour cream needed to take it to the next level. The chips seemed a little stale and the guacamole had a strange texture to it, nothing like I had ever experienced in guacamole before. Would not recommend.
