Caribou Coffee - Atlanta

I pride myself on being a bit of a coffee connoisseur and believe me I have tasted a lot more bad coffee than good in my time but Caribou Coffee in my opinion is as top ranking as you can get. The service here was also top notch with the girls going beyond the call in helping me understand the typical coffee types they were serving. Well done team.

There's a reason caribou has a devoted following--their coffee is good enough to please even my pickiest coffee loving friends. The staff here is great, and we had no trouble with seating (there are tables about 20 feet from the counter).

I understand that you are teaching new employees but you need to also teach them NOT to argue with paying customers, 30 minutes in the drive thru with the girl arguing with me about how to redeem on my app then wants to throw her hands up and walk away while we are speaking? I?m not new here I come all the time and have never had someone be so rude and exasperated be so rude over coffee! All of that and my drink is wrong.

Very friendly staff waaaay better than Starbucks???????? Love the Guatamala medium roast

Great coffee, but they are closed on Sat and Sunday even during a very large convention in town..
