Burger Theory - Atlanta

I expected the restaurant to open at 4, but not only is it not open, there's no one around at all.

The owner is friendly and engaging, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious. There’s a talented young cook in the kitchen working alongside the proprietor, Chef. They offer all-you-can-eat crab legs on Thursday nights, and they're also in the process of setting up poker night. Come on out and enjoy!

The beer tap was broken. My husband and I both ordered the same burger, but his patty was twice as thick as mine. Mine was overcooked and extremely dry. The bartender stepped outside to chat with someone in their car, leaving us waiting for our drinks.

I came with my church for a conference, we checked in to the hotel, went to our rooms to put our stuff down, and came to eat at The Burger Theory, I had a Cobb salad my dad had a Burger, one guy had the shrimp and grits, and the other guy had a lone star burger, it was the best burgers shrimp and grits and salad I have ever had, very reasonable prices, the waitress was very nice.

I was staying at the hotel and had brought a salad from home since I travel a lot. This restaurant wanted to charge a dollar for a plastic fork, and I didn't have any cash or card on me at the time. They can keep their plastic fork and their business. Not a helpful neighbor. Next time somebody asked you for a fork, just give it to them for free, and maybe they'll eat there someday.
