Agency Socialtheque - Atlanta

I do not know how to start this experience at Agency Socialeque. The ambiance was very nice BUT after receiving my meal, it was a turn for the worse. My daughter and I ordered the Shrimp and Lobster Spaghetti. I noticed that it wasn 't enough of lobster in the spaghetti. So I asked the waitress, where 's the lobster in the meal and could I get extra lobster? GUESS WHAT? The kitchen ran out of lobster and they replaced the lobster with CRAB MEAT. This is a $32 plate and I wanted lobster. They just took it upon themselves to replace lobster without notification and asking us if this was okay? Thank God both of us are not allergic to crab meat.....this could have been another story! If I wouldn 't have asked about the lobster, we were going to get charged $64. The manager never came over to apologize but gave us a 20% discount. The waitress was very nice but she knew that I was very upset and displeased. Therefore, the Overall experience at the Agency Socialeque was POOR. The Agency Socialeque needs to DO BETTER!!! I would not recommend the Agency Socialeque nor will I go back!

Loved it! Great food. Very cool vibe. Awesome service!

The fish and grits were fantastic, but the she crab soup was too thick. I had to add water to make it the right consistency, but it was still good. The service was terrible, even though the restaurant was not busy. Our waitress hardly checked on us and we had to ask for everything, including napkins and silverware. We were shocked to find out that gratuity was already included on our check, which explains the lack of attention from our server. Hopefully this was just a one-time bad experience, as we have had better dining experiences here in the past.

The atmosphere was amazing. Our server was extremely attentive and friendly. The food took a little longer to come out but that seems to be common for many restaurants during the pandemic. I will definitely return and will suggest it to my friends.

I made a reservation for 7:30, but we weren't served until 7:50pm by our server, Sweet Tea. I would not return to this restaurant due to the lack of service and innovation in the menu. The food was mediocre and unimpressive. We had to wait a long time before being greeted by our server and had to prompt him to take our order. The service overall was poor, with the runners seemingly uninterested in helping Sweet Tea. We requested side sauces that only he could bring to us, not them. Kind Regards, B.
